<p>Good morning everyone,</p><p> Please join me in extending our heartfelt expression of sympathy to the family of Dr. Carl Sims, Assistant Professor Biological Science at YSU. I learned earlier this morning that our brother passed apparently from a heart attack sometime last Friday. It is my understanding that funeral arrangements are being handled by Washington's Funeral Home.</p><p>I have no other particulars at this time but will share as I learn.
