<p>It is with heavy heart that I inform our members that one of our own has lost a loved one. The body that was found in the aftermath of the tragic house fire on the east side of Youngstown yesterday afternoon, was Donna James' mother. </p><p>Please join me in extending our heartfelt condolences to Donna James and her family during these most difficult time of bereavement.
