An ACT that delivered Gwendolyn Boyd as the keynote speaker. Her poignant words of wisdom were inspirational, eye opening, food for thought for everyone in ear shot of her voice. Thank you Thank you Thank you!</p><p> Things happen for a reason and I believe that Gwendolyn Boyd, was meant and sent to be here on this day.</p><p>2. Congratulations going out to ALL award receipt for your well deserved recognition of dedicated service in all categories</p><p>3.
